Return Policy
We strive to offer the finest, highest quality products, free from defects in material and workmanship and package that product safely and securely to prevent damage in transit. Please thoroughly inspect the item(s) you ordered as soon as you receive them and notify us immediately if you believe there is a problem. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there is a defective product issue, transit damage, incorrect orders or shortages. It is best to telephone or e-mail us to make us aware of issues or problems with your order.
Items can only be exchanged or credited if the item(s) in question are damaged and/or defective. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for credit or exchange. You should expect to receive your exchange/credit within three weeks after shipping your damaged and/or defective item(s) back to Luvabye. Please contact our Returns Dept. to request a Return Authorization for returning any product. Please include your Purchase Order Number (PON), model/SKU number(s), quantity, and reason for return in your request. All items must be returned with their original packaging so please retain all parts, documents and packaging sent with product(s). We aim to correct any issues or problems immediately and we will replace or exchange product(s) or refund your money depending on what is deemed most appropriate.
If item(s) replacement is possible this will be offered, but where we agree to replace the product(s), we must emphasize we do not always hold stock for all of our product lines due to the high demand. So replacements may be subject to our normal production lead times for the item(s) in question and disclosed by our representative if applicable.
